New documentaries on New Zealand Rivers

I’m not normally one for watching television, but there are a couple of worthwhile television documentaries out right now that document various New Zealand Rivers, and may be worthwhile watching.

Enjoy.

As we live close to the Clutha River and enjoyed the doco about it by Craig Potton, we are hoping that there is a DVD available to purchase covering this episode.
Hope you can help, we would be very grateful.

Hi Faye. I’ve not heard of one. You could check with Prime TV, as they might have plans to re-screen it in the near future. Otherwise I think it’d be a case of waiting however long it takes, and keeping an eye on the shelves at somewhere like Whitcoulls. It seems unlikely a DVD of the series would be released while it’s still very new and being screened on TV.

For what it’s worth, I’ve noticed the series DVD is now available in shops. It was retailing for about $30.

Thank you Mike. I have taken awhile to get back to you but I really appreciate that you responded to my query. Cheers
